Daniel Chi & Associates (Architect Engineers & Interior Design) Ltd was established in 1990. The Director, Mr Daniel Chi Wuh Cherng, is an registered architect with BA (AS)(HKU), B.ARCH (DIST)(HKU),MSC (Real Estate) and a member of HKIA, RIBA, ARAIA, and Authorized Person (List 1). Mr Chi has over 20 years of extensive experience in both design and project administration for local and PRC projects. The firm aims at providing quality design with emphasis on functional and economical planning within the client's budget and time frame. The firm is structured to provide personal services to clients on architectural design, planning, land development feasibility studies, and interior design covering a wide range of projects. The firm has also run an Architectural Design Institute in Beijing with a class "A" license and is therefore able to provide architectural services of unlimited size in different provinces of PRC. Projects already handled by the firm are ranging from hotels, golf and country clubs, commercial buildings, high class residential apartments, town houses, institutional buildings and factories. Other than the architectural projects, the firm has its own interior design department which handles quality interior design for hotels, offices, residences, schools, restaurant, clubs etc.
