Walcom Bio-Chemicals Industrial Limited ("Walcom" or the "Company") is a leading animal science solutions provider engaging in the research, development, commercialization, production and marketing of animal productivity and health solutions. The mission of the Company is to help customers in the global livestock industries to enhance their production efficiency as well as competitive edge, and to serve mankind with safer and healthier food. Walcom owns the patent right to CT2000, a new Feed Additive approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, China [Certificate No. (2002) 01] in September 2002. As the holder of the Certificate, Walcom obtained governmental permission to commercially develop and sell CT2000. Up to now, the Company is the only authorized manufacturer of CT2000 in China. Based in Hong Kong, Walcom operates a research and development center and a mass production plant in Shanghai through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Walcom Bio-Chem Co., Ltd. To date, the Company has commercialized a series of four CT2000 products, i.e. Avianin for broilers, Eggronin for layers, Porcinin for swine and Lactonin for dairy cow. Walcom has established a highly effective quality control management system in accordance with ISO9001. The quality of its CT2000 products meets both the national and industrial standards in the PRC.
