Asian Resources International founded in 1980 by Vinod Kumar (Mechanical Engineer) who had 20 years of experience in International Marketing with the 4th largest group in India - DCM.

The prime objective of the company being promoting exports of labor intensive products produced by small scale industries, craftsman and cottage industry, who could produce quality at good prices. The company initially started with brass builders hardware, art ware and sanitary fittings as target products and exported the products produced by small factories to Australia , New Zealand as branded products.

In the year 1982 it started exports of building stones viz. slate, sand stone and quartzite from the state of Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Today Asian Resources owns quarries in the state MP. and two processing plants located in the state of M.P. and Rajasthan.
