TAGGAT is a non profit non governmental organization (NGO) working on climate change. The trust was established in June 1999 with an overall obejctive of building a knowledge base that may assist Tanzania to meet her commitment inder United Nations Covention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to which she is a signatory, towards stabilization of GHG at levels that allow the ecosystem to adapt to the climate change.
