Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Uses in Detergent
Preventing Re-deposition of Dirt Effect
Adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in detergent has the function of preventing the re-deposition of dirt. The working principle is that negatively charged dirt granule and charged sodium carboxymethyl cellulose molecular absorbing on fabrics has mutual electrostatic repulsion.
Thickening Effect
Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose can effectively thicken washing slurry or soap lye, stabilize the structure of compositions. With dosage of 0.5%-2.0% can get satisfactory performance.
Application of Detergent
CMC Detergent Grade
CMC has good thickening, dispersing and emulsifying effect after dissolving into water.
